Optimal Health program

3or 5 session program

Kick off your journey towards better health & well-being. This program teaches your the ground works for optimal health, using food as medicine.

Area of focus is to enhance your connection with your body, to learn what it needs to thrive. To find your energy leaks and ways to plug them.

  • Better sleep, better digestion, stronger immune system, more energy, what ever your goal is this program will equip you with the knowledge and tools to help improve all these areas to which the sum is optimal health.

    We will use the information gained from your health forms to identify your energetic leaks and weak spots.

    Together we will set your goals and create a plan to help you reach those goals. I will help support you with tools, tricks, motivational support and recipes to stay on track!

  • 3 session package running roughly for 5 weeks.

    5 session package running roughly for 10-12 weeks.

    First session 90 minutes

    Each session there after 60 minutes

  • 3 sessions for £260

    First session 1.5hours £110, following sessions 1hour £75

    5 sessions for £410

    Add on session £75

Mother Love program

5 session program

This program is designed for parents, to help them find sustainable ways to improve their wellbeing so they can be the best version of themselves.

Area of focus are sleep, self care and cooking with whole foods in an efficient way.

  • We've all heard of the importance and benefits of self care. But as a mother, it's easy to squash & ignore your needs & wishes when there are 1001 other things requiring our immediate attention.

    This is a bespoke program designed to help mothers reconnect with their health and well-being.

    Here is a rough outline of the program. Depending on your needs we will adjust, add, leave out and extend certain topics and themes. I will share recipes and self care tips after each session to keep you motivated and engaged.

    Session 1

    Identifying your WHY & motivation

    Reviewing your forms to help pin pointing your energy leaks & set realistic goals

    Session 2

    Introducing the concept of sustainable conscious ‘happy making rituals’

    The relevance of getting back to the basics

    Session 3

    Meal prep tips and tricks & recipes

    How to set up a healthy pantry & why

    How to sustain your energy levels

    Session 4

    The importance of;

    restorative sleep & how to find it

    gentle movement and breakfast

    Session 5

    Looking back, assessing, re-aligning your goals

    The medicine of spices

  • This is a 6 session program delivered over roughly 10 weeks

    First session 90 minutes

Gut Healing Program

5 session program

This program is for anyone that suffers digestive distresses such as bloating, constipation, IBS, food sensitivities, weak immune system, foggy brain.

Area of focus is healing your gut, which when functioning optimally also enhances the functions of your brain, hormones and immune system.

  • 5 Sessions over roughly 12-14 weeks.

    First session 90min, following sessions 60min.

  • 5 sessions for £410

    Add on session £75

    Option to pay in instalments is possible.

Cooking Session

Let’s cook together! In a group or just you and me. 

  • My goal here is to inspire and excite you to cook. It is designed to help you feel empowered in the kitchen. We will cook up easy, quick and nutritious dishes.  I will show you some easy tips and tricks to make cooking with whole foods from scratch fun and easy. 

    If you like, there is an option to add on grocery shopping so that I can show and explain the basics of whole food grocery shopping. 

    *Ingredients costs not included, these must be purchased by client at own expense. 

  • 2 hours to prep & cook

    Add on, 30min grocery shopping

  • Single person £75 pounds.

    Group £35 pounds/per person (minimum 2, maximum 8)

    Add on, grocery shopping together £35
